- Corrected error message generated if User does not have permission to create a user in GSuite
- Quickbooks integration: improve website handling

- Default email for sending Guest Registration Confirmation Emails are their ‘Work’ email
- Send Class Email: Sending ‘reminders’ should not send email to participants who are canceled, transferred or dropped
