The Help Window, located on the right had side of your eWindow, below the My Profile widget, connects you with our support staff to assist you with any technical difficulties or questions you may have about your eWindow. You can also attach a file to your question if, for example, you have received an error message when trying to complete a task. Our support staff can better assist you when we have a clear picture of the issue.

  • To upload a file to your Help Window submission, click on the “Upload File” button, under the text window where you have typed in your question.
  • Select the file you wish to attach.
  • The file name will be displayed beside the “Upload File” button. Click “Submit”.
